Her main areas of focus include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, social phobia, panic, agoraphobia, PTSD, relational trauma and characterological wounding, grief and loss, women's issues, life stressors, anger management, substance and alcohol misuse and behavior change. She provides both individual and group therapy to individuals aged 18-65+. Staci has advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Client Centered Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. She incorporates interventions from Emotion Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy for the forward movement of treatment and as appropriate for the needs and preferences of the individual she is working with. In her spare time, Staci enjoys laughter and the company of others, time spent in nature, walking, reading, research and design.
