I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Maryland with past experiences working with individuals with anxiety, parenting issues, as well as pre-marital issues. For the past 10+ years I've worked as a social work director in a skilled nursing facility helping the geriatric population as well as their families with the challenges they face with aging, caregiver stress as well as end of life decision making.
Some of my counseling approaches are to be an active listener, empathic, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focused and psychodynamic counseling in creating goals with you to help you succeed.
