I am a licensed clinical social worker seeking certification in perinatal mental health. I received my master’s degree from the University of Chicago and have a wide range of experience working with individuals and families coping with life transitions. My own personal journey towards building a family helps to inform and strengthen my practice, drawing from my own experience to provide a compassionate space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood.
My style can be described as conversational, natural, and relaxed. I aim to communicate in a way that resonates with you, drawing from your own experiences to connect the dots. Our sessions are interactive and collaborative, as I provide a non-judgmental ear, support, and guidance through challenging times. With an emphasis on strengths-based goals, together we will work to discover a deeper understanding of the difficulties you’re facing while uncovering new ways to cope from day to day.
My love for this work stems from a genuine curiosity about how individuals evolve to be who they are, and how their experiences can shape behavior and quality of life. The more I have learned, the more I understand that while we each have individual paths, we all seek a level of self-awareness and connectedness. It is my honor to walk alongside my clients on their unique journeys.
