Hi, I'm Stephanie-a therapist who helps overwhelmed parents of young children (ages 6 and under) feel calmer, more connected, and more confident in how they show up.
If you're navigating the sleep-deprived, overstimulating, “why is my child melting down again?” years (been there!), or moving through a major life change and worried about how it's impacting your child, you're in the right place.
I specialize in the emotional side of early parenthood-helping parents understand both their child's behavior and their own patterns, triggers, and emotional responses through a developmental, relationship-based lens. Many of the parents I work with come in feeling stretched thin-burnt out, reactive, guilty, overstimulated, or stuck in patterns they swore they'd break. If you're feeling this way, you're not alone-and it makes sense given how much you're carrying. Therapy can help you feel more grounded, less reactive in hard moments, and more confident in how you respond to your child.
