I never received the info for how to access the video appointment. I created an account on their server/ website but no details on the appointment. I was not contacted when I missed the appointment. Im sure this doctor is great, I just can't go through this kind of troubleshooting when I'm trying to get treatment for an anxiety issue that is largely triggered by feeling ignored.

I am so happy to have found my therapist. She was so attentive to me. I even had a issue with opening up the video meeting and she called me even though I was five minutes in and help me do it. I am so lucky to have such an intelligent and supportive therapist. I felt better about my situation on the first day.
