Getting to know Jessica Wojnarowski

I'm Jessica, and I'm so glad you are here. I am a Christian but work with people of any faith or none at all. I work with teens, young adults, women, and couples- whether you are navigating trauma, childhood wounds, harmful or unhelpful relationship patterns, toxic workplaces, church hurt (without having to lose your faith), parenting, and betrayal/infidelity. I'm passionate about working with people who are ready to understand their patterns, do the hard work of growth, and move toward healing. We're shaped by both our wounding and our wiring. Because of that, I use a trauma-informed AND attachment-based approach to help you understand where your patterns come from and create meaningful change through EMDR, inner child work, IFS, and memory reconsolidation, integrating your spirituality if you would like. With couples, I draw from Gottman-informed methods to rebuild connection and intimacy.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
