I utilize a trauma-sensitive, structured, & holistic approach to help clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, or symptoms of ADHD &/or autism. I also work with clients who have experienced various forms of trauma and abuse. I help clients develop the capacity to regulate, understand and heal the emotional and physiological responses associated with their symptoms.
