Hi, I’m Shauna — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Portland State University and have worked in outpatient, in-home, and residential settings since 2013. My approach to therapy is grounded, relational, and practical. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, family systems theory, somatic interventions, and trauma-informed care. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore, heal, and grow. I became a therapist because I’ve always been passionate about helping others find strength through their own stories. I believe that healing looks different for everyone, which is why I work collaboratively with clients to develop safety plans and strategies that are meaningful and sustainable.
