I offer over 23 years of experience in both mental health and addiction issues. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma for adult men and women. I have a passionate and intimate personal knowledge and training in assisting those in the veteran community, along with their families. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Portland State University.
My approach is compassionate and non-judgmental. In my experience, other people’s problems are not better or worse than yours—just different. We all have our own challenges. Our family and friends care about us, but having someone who is not directly involved and can offer an objective perspective can be very beneficial. Seeking help can be hard, but together, we can find solutions.
