Tabatha has been great for me. Very good at not justing listening but actually hearing me, which is something I've not had a good experience with in other counselors.
It was very easy for me to feel comfortable around her, almost right away, and the different perspectives I've been using in my life thanks to her have been a tremendous help for me.

Hi! I'm Tabatha. In my practice, I believe in the saying that you are your own expert, and I trust my clients to know what they need or to ask for help when they don't. This doesn't work unless we work together. I currently tend to work with clients ages 18 and older who suffer from Depression, PTSD, Bipolar Disorders, Anxiety, Postpartum Depression, and Adjustment Disorders. However, I am familiar with working with a wide range of disorders and concerns as well.
I have known since I was young that this was the field I wanted to work in. It brings me joy to see improvement and growth not just in my clients but in all those around me. I work hard to ensure that those I see are validated, advocated for, and given insight that could be beneficial for them. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree from Central Washington University. I look forward to meeting with you to see if we are a good fit!
