I hold a Master’s in Clinical Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado, and my emphasis is on adolescents and young adults who struggle with social, emotional, behavioral difficulties, and relationship issues. These struggles include depression, low self-esteem, self-injury, anxiety, peer pressure, family difficulties, friend and peer challenges, bullying, substance use, or academic achievement concerns. I am committed to creating a safe and comfortable environment without judgment or assumption.
