I am both naturally empathetic and curious; these two qualities create a strong desire to understand the inner workings of every person I meet. In therapy, I work adolescents (14 +), individuals (18+), families, and couples seeking help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, people- pleasing, life transitions, college issues, parenting concerns, interpersonal issues, young adult concerns, and relationship concerns to achieve overall wellness and wholeness.

It's my goal to guide you toward self-love and acceptance. We will explore life's challenges and learn healthier ways to navigate them.
