In therapy, I work adolescents (14 +), individuals (18+), families, and couples seeking help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, people- pleasing, life transitions, college issues, parenting concerns, interpersonal issues, young adult concerns, and relationship concerns to achieve overall wellness and wholeness.
