As a mental health clinician, I make great efforts to be as objective as possible and to pay careful attention to what my clients are saying and, in some cases not saying. I am passionate about helping individuals be their authentic selves and work through the challenges that get in the way.
I use a mindfulness and a strengths-based approach that respects individual and family decision-making regarding services and honors cultural values and practices. Together we will explore the circumstances that are causing frustration, anxiety, depression, or lack of fulfillment.
