Hi there, I'm Teisha!
Hey there, I'm Teisha Pack, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping my clients find their favorite version of themselves. My goal is to help all my clients through their stressors and bring light to the happiness they have struggled to find.
My approach
It is my goal to help my clients feel safe and comfortable in session. I practice using mindfulness, CBT, and DBT skills to help clients process their emotions and find healthier ways to cope with stress. I also utilize IFS to process more challenging emotions and traumatic experiences.
My focus
The clients I typically work with I call "First generation healers". A lot of my clients come from traumatic childhoods and are the first in their family to take the step to make change by coming to therapy. I have worked with clients of different ages, genders, sexualities, and cultural backgrounds.
My communication style
I am direct and do my best to provide an open and welcoming space for all my clients to learn how to be direct with communication and practice these skills in session. I am always open to feedback and am willing to adjust our plan and goals to meet your needs.
