I work with people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns they can’t seem to break. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more confident, and more at ease in your own life. My work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Gestalt therapy, along with Bowen’s concept of differentiation—the ability to stay true to yourself while staying meaningfully connected to others. Together, we’ll slow things down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and create lasting shifts that show up in your relationships and everyday decisions. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship struggles. Therapy with me is collaborative, direct, and compassionate. I focus on helping you develop deeper self-awareness, healthier boundaries, and practical tools you can use outside the session. I believe growth doesn’t stop, and I continue to invest in my own development both personally and professionally. Outside of work, I value health, reflection, travel, and time on the golf course—ways I stay balanced and intentional in my own life. If you’re ready to understand yourself more clearly and move forward with purpose, I’d be glad to work with you.
