Life can be challenging and overwhelming. We often feel as if no one understands the pressures that we experience daily. Have you ever found yourself perseverating on thoughts of underappreciation, unwantedness, and unworthiness? Have you received support from others but found you continue to find yourself “stuck”? We often use negative approaches to cope with these stressors. Even the strongest person has coped negatively or struggled with needing support. You are not alone! Many others have taken the road of uncertainty, but I’m here to help guide you to the knowledge that you that you are stronger than any storm.
My vision is to meet the client where they are currently and provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to be themselves while on their healing journey. I like to do this by building a strong therapeutic relationship with clients in a conscious, respectful way. I like to help clients understand the psychodynamics of how past trauma may have impacted their current level of functioning and assist them in processing and navigating through in a holistic approach. I hope to help clients become more confident in their abilities and gain independence. I look forward to working with you soon. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
