As a dual board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, I am dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health care across the lifespan. I earned my Master's in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from the University of St. Francis and an Associate's degree from the College of DuPage. Currently, as a Doctor of Nursing Practice candidate, I have advanced knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality, evidence-based treatments for a wide range of mental health disorders, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, and insomnia. I had an appointment for 06/12 at 5:15 and the provider never came on the video call. I then reached out to the number provided for his office and no one answered. I never received any communication prior or after the scheduled appointment. I was really looking forward to getting some help after the first provider i booked with called to cancel due to not actually accepting my insurance although the site said he was in network. This was so discouraging for me. I had finally worked up the courage to speak with someone professional concerning my mental health so I'm really disappointed that he never came nor contacted me.

I go to the telecom page and see my appointment says “canceled” so I call get on the line with someone, and they call me in the middle of that call to confirm my appointment for the morning. I say yes, obviously, only to sit there for 20 minutes waiting and ultimately not be seen. I sent messages to the doc, but I just ended it and didn’t even bother to call the line after that

No, this guy overcharged me for the appointment, called me after the appointment asking to cancel it on zocdoc so he wouldn't get charged for it, and also made multiple errors while prescribing medications.
