I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (License# 133404) in the state of California and have been working in mental health since 2011. In that time, I have worked with foster youth aged 3 to 19 years old, adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, couples, and families. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and moresomes involved in open and alternative relationships and am kink- and neurodiversity-affirming. I use an integrative approach to therapy to meet people where they're at and provide care tailored to an individual's needs.
When not working, I enjoy lifting heavy weights, spending time with close friends, traveling, and attending live music and dance events. I have two cats. I was born in central California, lived in Las Vegas, NV, for 21 years before moving to Santa Cruz, CA, where I currently reside. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, my Master of Science in Counseling from University of Phoenix in Las Vegas, and have completed doctoral level coursework in depth psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute.
I am here to support and guide you as you find your truths and create alignment in your life. I can't wait to meet you!
