When everything feels uncertain and nothing seems clear, I will help you find your way from fatigue and overwhelm to peace and acceptance. The sacred space held in the therapy room and a secure, compassionate therapeutic relationship will support you in creating the relationships and experiences you desire. I bring my background as a mindfulness and meditation coach to my work as a therapist, and love to support clients who are seeking to cultivate compassion for themselves and within their relationships. I believe everyone can benefit from the therapeutic experience, no matter what is currently taking center stage in their lives.
I am a relational, strengths-based, trauma-informed therapist. I use an integrated approach that includes EFT, IFS, and somatic work. We will get to know each other, and using a collaborative, transparent approach, we will co-create the optimal therapeutic experience for your expansion and healing journey.
