What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path to becoming a therapist began long before graduate school. As a teenager, working with children gave me my first real sense of how meaningful it is to support someone through a hard moment. Paired with my studies in psychology, those early experiences revealed a clear passion: helping others navigate challenges and grow into themselves. That foundation has stayed with me ever since. In every session, I bring empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to connect with each person I work with, because person-centered care isn't just a practice model to me. It's a commitment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our sessions are built on safety, collaboration, and genuine understanding. Using play therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we'll explore your emotions, strengthen coping skills, and build the confidence to navigate challenges more independently. Warm and nurturing by nature, I tailor my approach to your unique needs and goals. Every person who comes to me deserves a welcoming, affirming, and nonjudgmental space, and that's exactly what I strive to create. Whether you're a child, teen, or adult, I'm committed to being a trustworthy partner throughout your care, helping you feel more empowered in your everyday life.
