Teri is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has 13 years of experience in major mental illness, as well as, anxiety, depression, and trauma. She holds 2 Master’s Degrees in Mental Health and Counseling and is working on her PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision currently through Capella University. Teri has worked with a great deal of concerns that vary from family dynamics to work-related concerns, eating disorders, personality disorders, and ADD/ADHD. She enjoys a challenge and helping individuals find their ideal life through team work and change.
Teri enjoys working with those that are motivated for change and willing to engage in a dynamic partnership that is based in trust and mutual collaboration, focusing on each individual concern and tackling issues together. Teri utilizes an integrative approach to focus on individual strengths, the mind-body connection to change, and developing a stronger understanding behind thoughts and behaviors for change.
