Thelma has been the most helpful form of medication that I have had to get me through my hard time. She truly has made me feel stronger and has been the best therapist I have seen! Without her I would still be in a deep depression. She will change your life.

Life can just be overwhelming, family and friends do not want to understand and are most often not available or approachable. In despair, sick of my life choices, I reached out for help to therapist Thelma Costello. Thelma provided the support and direction I needed. She was always available when I needed her during personal lows, and has always been my personal cheer leader with successes. With her professional guidance I am learning to change my inner dialog, and learning to be accepting, kind, and positive to myself.

I would refer Thelma. She is compassionate, understanding. She was able to help me to talk about very painful things. I would not be able to function the way I do today without her. She has helped me more than she wants to admit.

I was tentative about the whole idea of seeing a LMH professional to begin.
However, after my pastor suggested (1 year ago, procrastination...) I speak to mental health professional/ psychologist regarding my non-spiritual hurdles of life, I decided to ask(discretely) those I knew were already getting help.
And so, after a lot of hesitation, stalling, and dragging my feet a super close family friend got me to agree to simply speak with Thelma & go from there...
Here we are, 6 months later of weekly(3mo's) then bi-weekly sessions and I'm writing this recommendation for her. Why? Because I believe in her methods &proven ability to better any human being seeking a better life---PROVIDING we listen, follow, and finally incorporate.
Anyway I'm a better person TODAY than I was @ the beginning of this year, an honestly she credits me bc I had to implement the changes once leaving her office . But, without her ability to understand my situation, identify my problem areas , then show me the techniques through open dialogue, I could never have learned what a healthy lifestyle there is to live out in our crazy-hap hazard world we are in today.
Thanks Thelma, I hope those who choose to walk through your door are strong enough to not simply know and identify the pathways u provide, but are able to live them outside your office.
