Therese is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Her intention is to support her clients in cultivating more awareness and self-love. Therese's approach is joyful, collaborative, and holistic. She meets clients where they are and is passionate about helping others live in alignment with their values and authentic selves.
Therese assists clients in becoming more centered and empowered in who they really are by offering gentle and clear guidance to work through challenges.
