I’m a licensed professional counselor committed to helping people learn how to navigate the difficulties life throws us at times. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I work with clients 14 and up; struggling with depression; anxiety disorders; and eating disorders. I use cognitive behavioral therapy as well as aspects from DBT. I am here to help clients identify their hurdles and build skills to overcome. I look forward to the opportunity to meet clients where they are and use the client's strengths in the session.
