I have a passion for helping and empowering individuals within the mental health field. I graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health. Now as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addictions Specialist I specialize in working with adults facing mental health concerns including depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, stress management, anger management, addiction, PTSD, general support and relationships. I was raised in the mountains of Colorado and have built a fulfillment of life through my connection with nature, those around me, my partner, my son and my dogs. I believe we can learn from the beauty that surrounds us. At times we may need support to reconnect with our environment and most importantly our inner self. I am dedicated to building that therapeutic environment for each individual I work with to promote self growth, understanding and compassion.
