TJ offers a variety of approaches to therapy such as CBT, DBT, play therapy, narrative and story telling, as well as sibling and family therapy. TJ’s areas of experience range from trauma-based care, depression, anxiety, oppositional defiant disorder, emotional dysregulation, OCD and many other behavioral issues.
