I specialize in working with those struggling with anxiety and depression. I use Bible-based concepts along with CBT & SFT to focus on solutions for change. I enjoy helping others find the tools to keep stress; anxiety; and depression from hijacking their life. In the therapeutic process you will move back into the driver’s seat and focus on the windshield (your future) rather than the rear-view mirror (your past). With some long overdue maintenance (selfcare); similar to getting an oil change; you will find new perspectives and Biblical habits to turn your life into a more positive and peace filled journey.
