confidence, clarity, and self-trust. A proud graduate from Michigan State University, I bring a dynamic, down-to-earth presence to my work—creating a space where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected.
I’m known for my calm spark with a confident edge, and a style that blends skill with an empowering vibe. I work with individuals and couples—including trauma survivors, 2SLGBTQIA+ folks, and those navigating major life transitions or relationship challenges.
Whether supporting personal growth or helping partners reconnect and strengthen their bond, I bring a grounded and interactive approach to the work. As an EMDR-trained clinician, I use evidence-based tools and a practical, personalized framework to help
clients regain their sense of direction, resilience, and self-assurance.
Outside of sessions, I love a good run, a great book, and the renewal that comes from being outdoors. I believe that growth happens through movement, curiosity, and honest connection. My goal is to support each person in creating meaningful change and living a
life that is both fulfilling and fabulous.
