What should a new client know about working with you?

I love working with people who have anxiety and/or depression. Their issues may be broad as depression may look very different person to person. Their needs, too, may vary greatly. Everyone's goals may differ, but within my work with individuals the goal should be to mitigate anxiety, decrease depressive symptoms, and reawaken a sense of hope. I have spent most of my career thus far working in a hospital setting. I have worked in an emergency department and at a psychiatric hospital. When it comes to working with heavy stuff - I love getting down to work. I enjoy watching hopelessness turn into hope for the future. I have heard many individuals say something like - "I'll never get better." But, I have seen those same individuals strongly disagree with that statement after our time working together.

Most relevant

Had an appt then last min I got cancelled because availability it wrong on his calendar. Now I am getting these types of emails like I saw him. I hope I wasn’t charged for a visit I never got…will be finding out tomorrow
