My name is Trisha Swinton and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am going into my eighteenth year in this profession and still have the same passion for it as I did when I first started my career. I provide counseling to individual adolescents and adults. I use an empathetic and non judgmental approach in therapy, as well as a client centered approach that highlights the unconditional positive regard that I have for my clients.
