Hello, I am Tristin, and I am so happy you’re here! I work with adult clients of all stages of life who are looking for new ways to live their lives. Many of us lose sight of our hopes, goals, and ourselves in our daily struggles, and anxiety or depression can become all too familiar. I am here to help you refocus your energy and find healthier ways to handle stress, relationships, and feelings. I enjoy utilizing an integrative approach to treatment tailored to the individual’s or couple’s needs. The various options include person-centered, dialectical-behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, Adlerian, narrative, humanistic, positive psychology, family systems, structural family, strengths-based, Gottman’s couple’s therapy (L1/L2), and culturally sensitive therapeutic approaches.
