With patience, commitment, and the right support, you can break free from what's holding you back. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques to help you manage anxiety, reduce depression, and overcome life's challenges.
Therapy is not just about techniques - it's about the connection we create together. By focusing on both your thoughts and emotions, we'll work together to create lasting change. We'll work to shift unhelpful thought patterns, build resilience, and help you find a sense of calm amidst the storm.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy karaoke, exploring new foods, and thrifting'activities that remind me of the importance of finding small joys in everyday life, no matter how tough things get. I bring this same sense of fun, authenticity, and lightness to our sessions, helping you feel grounded and supported.
