I believe that therapy should be as fun, collaborative, and easily accessible as possible. I offer a warm, nurturing environment for youth ages 2-18 and their families. Utilizing mindfulness, group therapy, talk therapy, expressive arts, and play-based modalities, I provide a playful space to harness creativity and imagination in the service of growth and healing.
I take a strengths-based approach and build on what is going right for your child and your family and will work with you to effectively support your child. I have worked with families from a variety of backgrounds in home, school, and outpatient settings and am committed to advancing equity and social justice.
I have over 5 years experience with play therapy approaches and am currently pursuing my Registered Play Therapist Credential. My primary modes of therapy include child-centered play interventions, expressive arts and mindfulness.
