Hi there, I'm Victoria!
My name is Vita Hall and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of psychological challenges. I have experience working with many issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, substance use, mood disorders, relationship problems, grief & loss, ADHD, career challenges, LGBTQ+, and changes in the life cycle. Additionally, I've worked with homeless veterans struggling with mental illness and with adolescence and teens in public schools. I have a background in art, both fine art, and entertainment. When appropriate I incorporate art into the therapeutic process, and I encourage clients to pursue creative outlets in their life whether it be cooking or engaging in an activity. Primarily, I practice person-centered psychotherapy, and when appropriate I incorporate CBT, DBT as well as coping and mindfulness skills. Most importantly, I provide a safe and warm environment where clients feel understood and supported.
