Noelle Witherow is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington who has been practicing since 2022. She has a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and an M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Louisiana State University. As a clinician, Noelle strives to hold space and create bonds so clients can feel heard and understood. She is a passionate professional who works to create a sense of safety and compassion in sessions. Noelle aims to make clients feel they are agents in their recovery yet have support they need. She is greatly honored to be a part of each of her client’s journeys. Noelle believes the therapeutic relationship can be a partnership that provides space for collaboration, warmth, genuineness, and healing experiences for the client. Noelle often draws from CBT, ACT, DBT, IFS and RO-DBT modalities and utilizes an eclectic approach to tailor therapy for each client’s individual needs and preferences. Noelle specializes in eating disorders, compulsive or avoidant movement and exercise, anxiety, depression, OCD, and life transitions. She is completing EMDR training and is excited to add this to her clinical offerings. Noelle has worked with a wide range of populations, including young adults, college populations, adults, trauma survivors, and athletes. Her aim is to meet and support clients wherever they are in their journeys, whether it be addressing a current stressor or working to find a greater understanding of oneself.
Outside of work, Noelle enjoys being physically active, whether it be running, playing tennis and pickle ball, or kayaking. She loves to be near the water and enjoys time in nature. On weekends you can find her with friends and loved ones checking out everything from pottery to music shows. She’s also a big sports fan!
