Hi there, I'm Vincent!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York. My approach to therapy is collaborative, insight-oriented, and strengths-based. I focus on mood issues like anxiety, bipolar, and depression, as well as trauma-based disorders. I have extensive experience with family and relationship issues, as well as men's and elderly challenges.
My approach
I primarily use psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, and strengths-based approaches. I utilize systems theory with families and Gottman's framework with couples.
My focus
I have discovered that my approach often meshes well with issues such as PTSD, Bipolar, Major Depression, Adjustment disorders, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship issues, codependency, men's issues, and elderly treatment.
