More about Wendy Silber, LCSW - C

Hi, I’m Wendy Silber, LCSWC With over 15 years in behavioral health, I bring deep experience, clinical skill, and a genuine commitment to helping people create lasting change. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, and since then, I've worked across a wide range of settings—supporting individuals through trauma, recovery, life transitions, and everything in between. But here’s what really matters: I know how to meet people exactly where they are—and help them move forward with clarity, confidence, and compassion. My style is honest, collaborative, and creative. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Whether we’re using trauma-informed approaches, CBT, mindfulness, or building something uniquely tailored to your needs, I’ll bring tools that actually work in the real world—not just in theory. I’ve developed and led programs that reduce setbacks, improve outcomes, and help people reconnect with who they really are—not just who they've had to be. I'm especially skilled at creating space for people who might feel like they don't "fit" into traditional therapy models—and helping them feel seen, supported, and empowered. If you're looking for a therapist who brings both clinical expertise and real-life understanding—someone who listens closely, thinks outside the box, and isn't afraid to dig deep—I’d be honored to work with you. I’m confident we can do meaningful work together.
