My name is William Main, and I'm passionate about helping people rewrite their own stories. I believe in a humanistic approach that honors each person's unique journey and experiences.
In my work, I explore stories with clients through dramatic retellings, physical embodiment, and storytelling. Using projective techniques, I create space for clients to take creative risks while offering unconditional support for whatever emotions and stories emerge during our conversations. Whether you're working through depression, anxiety, trauma, or life transitions, I'm here to support your healing journey.
As a Creative Arts Therapist, I meet each client where they are. Everyone faces different struggles in today's world, which is why I focus on really listening and helping people identify sources of frustration in their lives. My hope is that through our work together, clients will become the hero of their own story and find their path to self understanding.

William is a great and passionate therapist. He is very dependable flexible and always there for his clients. His capacity for empathy is enormous. William will assist you with your goals and I believe you will have great succes working with him.

William is An excellent observer, he is patient and considers the other viewpoints form the POV of the patient and their environment, offering avenue to treatment that otherwise may go ignored for the sake of the person’s growth in awareness. He is eager and works best when given space to balance trying things out from a drama therapeutic approach while also incorporating the ideas of his colleagues. As long as a report can be established between William and his clients and colleagues, he can and will shine his best light.
