What should a new client know about working with you?

My style is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I gently guide clients in understanding the connections between their emotions, patterns, and past experiences. At the same time, I help build practical tools for navigating everyday life. I believe healing happens through authentic connection. I aim to meet all parts of you with compassion and curiosity. I commit to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore, feel, and heal at your own pace. Together, we’ll work to connect your inner experiences and support your journey forward.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, I’ll ask what brings you to therapy and what you hope to get from it. I may ask questions to better understand your background, and together we’ll identify what feels most important to focus on. In future sessions, we might explore emotions, relationships, or past experiences. We may also work on coping tools, communication, or stress management, whatever feels most helpful for you. I use approaches like CBT, DBT, Attachment-Based Therapy, and others to offer support that fits your unique needs. Above all, I want you to feel safe, supported, and understood.
