As a therapist I thrive in working with adolescents, teenagers, and young adults. I am fond of using mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, client centered therapy, trauma informed therapy, and psychotherapy. As humans, we all have fears, experiences, and traumas that we are afraid to face. Yet, we don't have to face them alone. Therapy is a great opportunity to connect with someone who understands you, and who you can feel safe with.
