What should a new client know about working with you?

Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each clients unique experiences and goals. Drawing from narrative therapy, existential/humanistic approaches, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Julia works alongside clients to explore the stories that have shaped their lives, recognize patterns that may no longer be serving them, and build practical tools for lasting change. She believes therapy is not about having all the answers, but about creating space for curiosity, self-compassion, and meaningful personal growth.
