Getting to know Dr. Sankrant Reddy
I am a Vanderbilt trained, board-certified psychiatrist who provides psychotherapy and medication management to adults. After residency training, I had the pleasure of obtaining experience in inpatient hospitals, partial hospitalization programs, substance abuse facilities, nursing homes, and working with organizations serving intellectual and developmental disabled individuals. I also have many patients that work in the corporate world who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, job & relationship stressors. My experience working with diverse patient populations and conditions has allowed me to better understand and become more sensitive to the unique challenges people face.
I understand how difficult it can be in not only deciding to get help, but then to find a provider that you feel comfortable with. I have a warm and personable approach and strongly believe in a collaborative and empowering philosophy. I integrate psychotherapy into treatment as it is often at times more helpful to reconsider your outlook, improve your coping strategies and alter your behaviors. Longer-term psychotherapy can lead to even deeper growth, such as the development of a more authentic sense of self and the accumulation of personal wisdom. My goal is to provide compassionate care and help you achieve the best possible quality of life while minimizing medication management.

Dr Reddy has an easy approach. I have been very happy with him and with our progress. Be prepared to fill out paperwork on your first visit. I think you can get the documents ahead of time which I suggest you do.

Completely disappointed. He prescribed me meds and then never returned my call for the actual prescription. It’s been almost a month since I saw him and still no word on the meds. I don’t know how you run a mental health office and not respond to mentally ill patients.

Dr. Reddy and his front desk nurse were incredible kind despite our tardiness due to a navigation error. The front desk nurse was understanding and helpful. Dr. Reddy was considerate and provided a thoughtful consultation.
