At PhysioRX, we help active New Yorkers get out of pain, recover from injury or surgery, and get back to doing what they love. Every appointment is 1-on-1 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy for a full 60 minutes, specifically tailored to meet each patient's goals.
Our care goes well beyond the physical time we spend with you. We also use the PhysioRX App to provide weekly rehab and fitness-based programming that builds upon our in-person sessions, with unlimited messaging and phone support from your PT.
Specialties include PT for the CrossFit or Barbell Athlete, ACL and Post-Surgical Rehab, PT for runners, and PT for the active gym or fitness class enthusiast.
Dr. Will Zhen, a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Boston University, believes in empowering patients with an evidence-based and individualized approach. Will was a multi-sport athlete in high school until he suffered recurring shoulder dislocations and was told by doctors to never lift weights and to ?be careful? with reaching his arms overhead. He understands the unnecessary frustrations and fears surrounding injuries that are often perpetuated in the fitness and rehab fields.
Now, Will is committed to helping patients navigate through their pain and recognizes the importance of proper communication and guidance to promote confidence in patients to get back to what they love doing.
