Chris is great, has really helped my ankle spream. listens to what is hurting me and finding ways to relieve that pain. I also really appreciate his explanations of what exercises or stretches are doing.
Chris is very responsive to my concerns and works directly to address and treat my problems. I am always pleased - feel both that I've worked on my weakness and relaxed my stress levels. Really good overall.
