Dr. Mease is fantastic. I'm a competitive runner and he was able to not only help me work through my current wear and tear, but made adjustments to my training to prevent future injury. I'm happy to say that I am still injury-free and my overall performance has increased as well. Aside from his knowledge and professionalism, his bedside manner is awesome. Physical therapy and fun are hardly ever synonymous, but Dr. Mease makes the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Dr. Mease not only to runners, but anyone looking for a quality PT.

Zach graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Widener University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Delaware. During his studies, Zach gained extensive experience in a variety of settings and specialities, including orthopedics, running and sports rehab, and neurological rehabilitation.
Zach’s areas of interest include sports medicine, performance physical therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and treating dysfunctional breathing patterns to optimize movement and physical fitness. Zach is certified in Applied Functional Science (CAFS) through the internationally acclaimed Gray Institute. In practice, he utilizes this treatment approach to diagnose fundamental movement patterns and develop programs by blending physical, biological, and behavioral principles. Since beginning his career, his number one priority has been to provide his patients with a unique physical therapy experience by caring for the entire person, rather than just their diagnosis. In his free time, Zach enjoys being active at the gym, practicing yoga, and running, biking, and hiking outdoors. He also loves going to the theater, watching comedy shows, and listening to some good music.
