I am a bilingual counselor who specializes in helping clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and/or a history of trauma. Do you have communication problems in your relationship? Do you wonder if there is anything you can do (or if you should even try) to save your relationship? Do you struggle with anxiety? Is your excessive worrying getting in the way of enjoying your life? Do you have trouble engaging in activities you used to enjoy? Are you isolating, leaving you feeling lonely or sad? Did you have a difficult childhood or experience a traumatic event that is affecting your current life or relationships? As a Latina immigrant myself, I am aware of and understand many of the complexities the LatinX community experiences while living in the USA. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively.
