My approach I use evidence-based therapies tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I’m trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which uses rapid eye movements and image replacement to help process traumatic memories. I also incorporate approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I believe therapy should be relatable, supportive, and even fun at times, and I enjoy weaving pop culture and “Geek Therapy” into sessions to help clients feel at ease while working toward meaningful change. My focus I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. I have a particular passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals, those healing from complex or religious trauma, and LGBTQ+ clients. While these are areas of focus in my practice, I welcome and value clients from all backgrounds and experiences. My goal is to provide a safe, affirming space where every person feels seen, supported, and empowered in their healing journey. My communication style I strive to create a safe, supportive, and down-to-earth environment where you can feel comfortable being your authentic self. My communication style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe in meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that is right for you.
