She is her authentic self. And she has helped me see things a different way. This transition to Greensboro has been a big change for me. She is a big reason why it is working better for me. I love the way she listens and circles back around. LOL She doesn't forget anything that we have talked about.

Consequences do not wait for readiness. Age does not determine how hard life can be, nor does it deter reality. Whether you are 5 or 95, you must wake up daily and continue life's journey, though it is not always easy. My theoretical orientation is Person-Centered Therapy and Gestalt Therapy. Let me be your Phoenix!
I believe life's tools are inside us: self-actualization, self-trust, coping strategies, and the willingness to grow. We simply must explore them. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from South University, High Point. At Rapunzel's Phoenix Counseling Services, I help toddlers, children, adolescents, adults, families, and the LGBTQIAPK community. Online counseling services are available upon request.
