Doctor would not address me directly at any point and only kept dictating notes to his assistant. The one and only 'solution' available to my small chip on the tooth was 'orthodontic treatment'. Doctor wasn't interested in actually providing advice, discussing options and and having courtesy to talk to me, the patient, directly.
That is not to mention that I had to come back to the office for the second time to have someone go over my Xrays (confirming that there were no issues, which could have been done at the initial appointment when Xrays were taken) - while this is something I can somewhat understand, the overall experience dealing with the doctor was most deeply disappointing. Unless you are interested in jumping into orthodontic treatment with a doctor who wouldn't speak to you directly and acknowledge any of your questions and concerns, I would recommend to go elsewhere.

I thoroughly enjoy coming to dental appointments with Dr. King and his excellent team. The visits are cozy and pleasant. The team of assistants are professional and have great attention to detail. They are courteous and explain any questions you may have about dental procedures.
