The receptionists and staff are also friendly.

My first visit they ran my insurance and I was asked to Zelle them my remaining balance. So, they do take my insurance. However, during my second visit to inquire about the upcoming cost of tooth extraction, 1) my dentist was not there, 2) they did not know my insurance coverage amount even though I already spoken twice days before with staff to find out the cost (ie., plenty of time to be prepared) and 3) a different dentist insisted that I pay everything up front (including what my insurance does cover) and that they would then reimburse me whatever insurance covered. No explanation as to why they couldn't run my insurance like they did the first time.
